  1. I felt good about myself when…
    • I showed up to my family dinner and stayed present. I was less in my head and less hard on myself for my perceived “mistakes.”
  2. I was proud of someone else…
    • When my whole family got along, there were no issues or conflicts. Looks like we are healing, slowly but surely.
  3. Today was interesting because…
    • I pushed through not feeling well and didn’t mention it to anyone; In the past, I constantly spoke about everything to everybody (mentioned it ALL). I have been working on improving this. One day at a time…
